3D Contour Celebrity Surgery™ Process
01. Square Jaw
The jaw under the ear is wide and the angle is large, which makes the face look larger and masculine as a whole. In this case, the angular jaw can be slimmed by a square jaw reduction and corrected by a natural, slim V-line.

Broad U-shaped Jawline
In this case, the chin under the ear is not particularly angular, but the face is often rounded and large as a whole. It reduces the overall line of the chin smoothly and naturally, and if the face is heavy in flesh or muscles, it can be more effective through buccal fat removal or lifting procedures.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : 3D Contour Celebrity Surgery™, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : V-line Surgery, Power V-lifting
Broad & Angular Jawline
When you have a big and angular face, it makes you look fierce and masculine. Surgery is needed to reduce the angle under the ear and create a natural and soft line to the front chin.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting

L-shaped Jawline
This is when the jaw bone under the ear is developed and the front chin is flat, so the entire face looks squared. The T-osteotomy is used to merge the front chin into the V-line, and the square jaw under the ear is also improved by giving the front chin a natural line and a smooth curve.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Front Chin Surgery, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : V-line Surgery, Power V-lifting
Asymmetric Jawline
In this case, each side of jaw grew differently so the current shape of each jaw is asymmetric.
The occlusion of teeth and the midline of teeth is pre-examined in prior to surgery, and the facial balance can be adjusted through a two-jaw surgery or a square jaw surgery to make the jawline more symmetrical.
- √ Disclaimer : All facial structures are asymmetrical, so it will not be completely symmetrical after the surgery.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : 4D Balance Two-jaw Surgery™, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : V-line Surgery, Power V-lifting

Circular Fat Jawline
In this case, the jawline is not visible and defined because of the face fat and wide face. Depending on the size of the jaw bone, a square jaw or front chin surgery is required to shave bones and remove face fat. If the jaw bone is normal-sized, the jawline can be more distinct only by lifting it.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : CLS Lifting, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : V-line Surgery, Power V-lifting
Square Jaw with Developed Jaw Muscles
In this case, the muscles around the jaw joints are developed, and are seen as a square jaw. You can get an injection directly into your jaw muscles, making your jaw muscles lean. It can be improved by reducing the muscles and bone of the jaw at the same time through a square jaw surgery.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : CLS Lifting, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : V-line Surgery, Power V-lifting

02. Cheekbones
The cheekbones are located on either side of the nose. The face may look wide from the front, and when viewed from the side or at 45 degrees, the face creates a curve that makes you look fierce. By reducing the protruded cheekbones, you can achieve a smoother and leaner facial line.

Lateral Cheekbone Protrusion
The overall line of the face is normal, but the cheekbones below the eyes are hollow and the face looks flat as a whole.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbones Implantation, Fat Grafting
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting
Front & Lateral Cheekbones Protrusion
This refers to the case in which the lateral cheekbones are projected out to the front and the face appears to be wide and masculine. This surgery can be improved by gently reducing the width of the face and smoothing the line of the front cheekbones by pushing them together.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbone Reduction
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting

Square Jaw & Cheekbones Protrusion
This is when the both cheekbones and the square jaw are developed so that the face looks wide and large. The cheekbone reduction and square jaw surgery can be done at the same time to provide a natural and smooth line from cheek to chin.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbone Reduction, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting
Front Cheekbones Protrusion
The entire line of the face is normal, but the cheekbones under the eyes protrude forward. The front cheekbones can be improved by adjusting the protrusion of the cheekbones.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbone Reduction
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting

Hollow Front Cheekbones
The entire line of the face is normal, but the cheekbones below the eyes are hollow and the face looks as flat as a whole. The problem can be improved by inserting implants into the front cheekbones and giving volume with autologous fat.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbone Implantation, Fat Grafting
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting
03. Short Chin
A short chin, also refers to a receding chin, appears smaller than the upper jaw as the growth of the lower jaw has progressed inefficiently. The position of the jaw can be moved according to dental occlusion, or the tip of the chin can be moved forward.

Receding Chin Tip
Dental occlusion is normal, but only the lower jaw retrudes. It can be enhanced by a surgery which can modify the shape at the chin tip.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Chin Implantation, Chin Tip Advancement
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Fat Grafting
Small Chin Tip
In cases where dental occlusion is normal, but the lower jaw appears to be small with inadequate growth. In this surgery, we would insert implants to fill the gap, or adjust the length of the chin through a T-osteotomy and move the chin forward.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Chin Implantation, Front Chin Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Fat Grafting

Retracted Whole Chin
In this case, the lower jaw is retruded than the upper jaw. First, we need to determine the position of the upper jaw and how far the lower jaw has retracted. Next, determine if moving only the lower jaw can solve the problem or if moving both jaws is required. Then, operate to reposition the jaw based on each condition.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : 4D Balance Two-jaw Surgery™, Lower Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Front Chin Surgery
Short Chin with Protruding Mouth
Alveolar bone (gum bone) protrudes forward and the chin tip is retruded backward. In this case, it can be improved by moving the location of upper jaw and the lower jaw together to match and balance jaws.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Cheekbone Reduction
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Power V-lifting

04. Protruding Chin
Due to an over-growing lower jaw, the lower jaw is larger and protrudes further than the upper jaw. The surgical procedure will depend on the location of the lower and upper teeth. Most protruding chins often have problems with teeth occlusion as well, so a two-jaw surgery is necessary.
However, if the occlusion is normal, facial contouring can be a solution.

Protruding Chin with Protruding Chin Tip
Dental occlusion is normal, but the shape of the lower jaw protrudes forward like a Habsburg jaw. If there is no occlusion problem, it can be enhanced by an operation which can modify the shape of the chin tip.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : Front Chin Surgery, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Fat Grafting, Rhinoplasty, and Forehead Plastic Surgery
Protruding Chin with Long Chin Tip
Teeth occlusion is normal, but the long lower jaw appears like a Habsburg jaw. If there is no occlusion problem, a surgery can be carried out to adjust the length of the tip of the chin to improve the problem.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : 4D Balance Two-jaw Surgery™
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Fat Grafting, Power V-lifting, and Square Jaw Surgery.

Protruding Chin with Malocclusion
A protruding chin with malocclusion where the lower teeth overlap or align with the front of the upper teeth. In case of malocclusion, a surgery will be carried out to adjust the position of the jaw. The surgical procedure should be determined considering whether the reposition of the upper jaw is also necessary.
- √ Cinderella’s Solution : 4D Balance Two-jaw Surgery™, Square Jaw Surgery
- √ Types of Surgery that Increase the Effects of Above Surgery : Fat Grafting, Power V-lifting
Square Jaw with Protruding Chin
Protruding chin with malocclusion is where the lower teeth does not overlap or align with the front of the upper teeth, including square jaw. A surgery can be carried out to adjust the jaw position. The surgical procedure should be determined considering whether repositioning of the upper jaw is necessary. The procedure should be accompanied by a surgery of slimming jaw.
